Sonja Lechner is a founder with a clear pattern: when she sees a problem and no satisfying solution exists, she builds one. Born in Grenada and Tyrolean-by-adoption since 2009, she studied Softwareentwicklung und Management at IT-Kolleg Imst. Years of relocation under difficult conditions planted the idea for Vistera — a spatial-web platform for walking through a space before visiting it in person. She built it alone between 2025 and 2026, using AI as her team, while holding a full-time role in banking-sector IT. The same pattern shows up in Virtual Office Tirol, CodeFlash, Werk, and The AI Shortcut — each a missing thing, built. In 2026, Lechner Studios was formed to house and continue these creations.
